This document sets out the shipping terms and returns policy of purchasing on lightlab.shop
LightLab Beauty Australia reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

SHIPPING TERMS & DELIVERY
POSTAGE CHARGES
We offer FREE standard postage within Australia for orders over $150aud. Shipping charges are non-refundable and equate to approx $20 for the GloDome and GloMask. We ship Standard via Australia Post.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post with FREE International Standard Post. Shipping calculated at checkout. Please allow 6-14 days for International delivery.
There is also the option to upgrade shipping to the United States for $50aud for DHL express (transit time 3-5 days).
Please note: Rural areas may have a longer transit time. LightLab Beauty is not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided.
Allow up to 48 hours of processing your order (excluding items on Preorder, see below) to receive your tracking number and/or confirmation of shipment. Orders are sent out on Wednesdays and Fridays each week.
All delivery costs are in AUD.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to the below regions:
Australia, New Zealand, United States
Please allow 6-14 days for delivery to New Zealand. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow 6-16 days for delivery to the USA via Standard, or 3-7 days for DHL express.
PRE-ORDER
Due to the demand of our products, LightLab will have some items on a PRE-ORDER basis. Payment is up-front, including shipping costs, and we will endeavour to have item(s) out for delivery to you by the date listed on the product description. Pre-order items are listed within around a month of the expected shipping date, so the wait is not too long. We will contact the customer if there is a slight delay in your order being shipped due to customs and freight delays.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check which items are listed for pre-order as our refund and exchange policy remains the same. You can check our refund policy below.
At times during heavy traffic periods, stock units can fluctuate. During these times you may purchase an item in negative stock count. If this happens our team will contact you within 24 hours of your order to advise of an approximate shipping time frame.
All goods purchased on LightLab.shop (excluding items on Pre Order) will be dispatched within 48 hours on Wednesday and Friday, excluding public holidays, and you will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address. Shipping time estimates can be found on Australia Post at Auspost.com Please note LightLab does not take responsibility for delayed shipping transit times. For heavy traffic periods and limited releases the time frame for shipping may be extended, you will be contacted within 24 hours of your order and be advised of this.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Please note that LightLab does not hold responsibility for products once they are shipped from our warehouse and received by Australia Post or DHL. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping information is correct and delivery can be made by Australia Post and DHL to their delivery address.
We pack our orders with care, in a safe and durable box and packing-fill materials, including attaching any Fragile Item stickers to packaging to ensure your package arrives with care. Unfortunately, LightLab is not liable for any damage caused by third party shippers inc. Australia Post and DHL during transit.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once an order has been dispatched, LightLab is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
RETURNS POLICY & EXCHANGES
RETURNS POLICY
For our GloDome, we offer a returns policy for 30 days for orders purchased at full price. 30 day returns offer is also valid for $100 off welcome code GLO100. You can try your device for 30 days, and if you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you have within 30 days from receiving your GloDome to apply for a refund or exchange.
You will need to return the device at your own expense, Device must be in original packaging and in as new condition. Any scratches or marks will void any guarantee.
Refund will be amount paid, less shipping amount of $20 AUS, $60 NZ $80 USD + a 10% restocking fee.
Our GloMask 2.0 and Derma Rollers are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. We will only accept exchanges and refunds on faulty products only.

Items purchased with a LightLab Gift Card are not eligible for a refund, only exchanges will apply. See below for more information on Gift Card purchase and redemption.
SALE ITEMS POLICY
Items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE items includes products purchased on sale that have been marked down. This includes special promotional SALE PERIODS (excluding welcome codes $100 and under and GLO100 code). This includes Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day Sales. Items purchased with a one time discount code ($100 off and under) or our welcome discount code are excluded and can be returned as per our full priced items policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for permanent marked down items.
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY
Items purchased with Afterpay as the payment method are eligible for a credit note, exchange, or, if a refund is preferred, we charge a 10% restock fee on all Afterpay orders. We will take 10% off the returned item cost excluding postage and refund the balance to your Afterpay account. Postage costs will not be refunded.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND
Email hello@lightlab.shop with your name and order number and let us know you'd like a refund. We will email you with details on how to make your return.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your goods for a refund.
Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all tags attached and in original, undamaged packaging. If goods are not received in original condition and in original packaging, goods will be automatically returned to the customer. Inspection period once goods are received can take up to 48 hours. Confirmation email will be sent once your item is credited or exchanged. Please note LightLab is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, or for any loss during shipping related to returns or exchanges.
FAULTY ITEMS
If a product is found to be faulty, we will exchange or refund under the guidance of the ACCC. For major faults (where the product does not work or does not do what is advertised) we will happily refund. For minor faults (where the product can be fixed or replaced) we will happily exchange it or repair it. Please ensure you troubleshoot first, details below. Please note that refunds, repairs and replacements are only within the 12 month warranty period. Shipping charges will not be refunded for an exchange, please note exchanges must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached, If you need to refund or exchange a faulty product please email hello@lightlab.shop with your order number and name. Faulty products will go through an inspection before refund or exchange is processed. Please allow up to 48 hours once goods are received by us.
Troubleshooting your product - If for what ever reason any of the light strips fail to work, please dissemble your Glodome and reassemble ensuring you have connected the correct sides and that they are connected correctly, the power plug is on and light is visible.
GIFT CARDS
The purchase of a LightLab Gift Card is non refundable. Items purchased with a LightLab Gift Card may be exchanged for another product/s of the same value, or a credit note of the same value. Exchanges must be within 30 days of receiving your items. LightLab is not responsible for the cost of postage to return your item for an exchange.
